Sony has been very quite about PS4, much like Microsoft has been around the Xbox720, so the official word that has come out about the PlayStation 4 is that Sony are currently working on the console. These Specs we have for you are apparently from the Developer Alpha Kits, so they are not final, but hey grabyour grain of salt and enjoy.
