Abu Dhabi based developer Karkadann Games has just announced that their new game Pound for pound will be out in November on the IPhones App store. The game will feature Emmanuel ‘Manny’ Dapidran Pacquiao, the Filipino professional boxer and will be out for Android soon after.

So far this year’s Main Competition has had 570 game entries from both leading indie developers and first-time entrants. Microsoft and Epic Games have just announced “RAAM’s Shadow,” the new campaign experience Gears of War 3. Starring a cast of characters both new and eerily familiar to the series, “RAAM’s Shadow” will apparently deliver an additional three hours of gameplay with a storyline that precedes the events of the first “Gears of War” as well as a few extras.

We just came across this one and just in time by the looks of it as they have just release a beta you can try. From what we can tell its a media center style interface which enables you to play games, both single player and multiplayer and also allows you to watch movies and even download ones you don’t have, all within the mod.
