With all the free iPhone stuff I have been finding, here is one for Android. Its not a game but it is handy. A free GPS app with the catch being there is no voice. It is free though!! Whats the difference between this and Google Maps?

If you like your city builder games then this one might appeal to you. Amazon have been great lately trying to catch up on the digital game sales market. To out do the competitors out there they have been doing something different to get our attention. Not only have they got decent prices, but they are also selling the games DRM free. PERFECT!

Seems like a bunch of thee are popping up lately, or im just noticing them more than usual. Death Rally which is normally $4.99 is free on all your ios devices for a limited time. Normally I see a lot of the single player games go free so seeing a multiplayer one is good for a change.

Wolfenstein 3D, which I fondly remember from my early gaming days is 20! Makes me think how old am I… Well for you young whipper snappers, firstly, get off my lawn, second, get the game as its free and taste some old school FPS!

The difference between a good dev and a bad dev is the support you see for their game post launch. While Sniper Elite V1 didn’t get the best reviews and Sniper Elite V2 isn’t fairing the best on Metacritic, the reception in general has been better than the first. To show that 505 games are willing to continue showing some love for the game. They have just announced that there will be free DLC soon.

With Max Payne hitting stores soon enough it looks like Rockstar is pushing to get as much noise out there about the game prior to launch. One tactic which is sure to work is giving out free games.

As free to play games start to tke over the world, Trion Worlds today released the latest gameplay trailer for massively multiplayer online real-time strategy game, End of Nations. The new trailer highlights the villainous Shadow Revolution, one of two playable factions in the fast-paced strategy title.

Bethesda has recently confirmed the date we can get our hands on the Steampunk game, Dishonored.  Set in Dunwall, an industrial whaling city where steampunk inspired technology and otherworldly forces coexist in the shadows, you are Corvo, the once-trusted bodyguard of the beloved Empress who has been murdered. Crytek has today announced that their upcoming MMOFPS Warface has broken a a little record in Russian gaming history. Within the first four weeks the title’s CCU is already on par with Russia’s most successful games,including shooters and MMORPGs. 28,000 players have simultaneously been fighting in the AAA-shooter, which is not a bad effort at all.

At some point in your life you have actively done something about it, but then you just kind of let it slip by you again. Salamualeykum everyone! We were down for a few days as we made our move to the new server. We out grew our last server a lot quicker than expected with the expansion of our forums, so using that as an excuse we laid the grounds for expansion and new projects by making the move.

Roketfiq recently won our giveaway for Mass Effect 3, so he has been nice enough to write up a quick first impression of the game for us. Its not really a review and its not really a run down, its….well its a first impression, a 2 minute review if you will. Enjoy!

Minecraft fans will be aware of the door glitch that is affecting the game but good news awaits. The 1.2 updatewill fix this and and add new features to the game.

THQ is in a lot of trouble lately. Dropping share price, lay offs, revenue drying up. Last month, a group of anonymous current and ex-employees published an  open letterdirected at THQ’s board of directors. They named and shamed the board and  singled out the heavily invested yet massive failure of a game uDraw as a key reason for the recent lay-offs.

After the success of Free to Play across the MMO world it looks like more and more are willing to try their luck witht he same strategy. Which is fine by me! Blizards Warcraft is free to level 20, Mythics Warhammer is the same and now you can add Rift to the list too.

We just got an email from Chris at Unkown Worlds letting us know about a new trailer they have released for Natural Selection 2. Its in regards to their new patch “Gorilla” which refers to the 5th and final alien being released.

According to the official site, your date with Gotham City Impostors is (almost) here!  The very cool looking game which will be available on Windows PC, the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE has set a date, albeit slightly different for each.

EA has just put out a press release around Origins achievements. While the numbers do look impressive, the release is more aimed at their non gamer shareholders as anyone that is gaming aware can easily dig deeper into the presented numbers.
