When we planned muslimgamer.com, we set out with a few goals in mind. One of them being to bring together Muslim Game Developers. Over the last few months the head of Deen Games has been working hard to get others from the community together to work on releasing a Muslim Gamer community game, the day has finally come, welcome to the “Quest for the Royal Jelly”!
Ashes999, Kreax, Ahmadsa and Abrar recently got together to have some fun learning how to make a game. The 3 each had different skills and new each other only one another from the Muslim Gamer Forums. A bit like Thunder Cats, they joined their super powers to make a game. The budget: $0, the aim to learn how to make a game with the help of each others skills and bring some Islamic content forward in a fun way. So its no Battlefield killer, but it is OUR community game.
This is the first and inshAllah just the start. Already more have joined in on the project for the second game which we are planing to increase the budget multiple times over, probably about $12 for the pizza.
