Well it's, I'll try to sum it up as simple as possible. You start off with just a pickaxe, an axe and a sword. You can pretty much do whatever you want by mining copper/iron/gold etc. and chopping wood and digging, use monster skins bones and pretty much everything and then by combining those you could make armors, weapons, chest, bed chairs, houses towns. You name it. If you build a house with a chair and with enough lighting etc. you will get someone move in there that can help you like a merchant, a nurse and more.
You spend most of your time exploring and digging/mining your way down. You can even reach an area called "hell" i think it's called.
The biggest difference between Terarria and Minecraft, is that Terrarria is more about adventuring and exploring. Why? because at night you get monsters come out and there are different monsters the deeper you go in to the ground and then there is a cursed man that turns in to a huge skeleton to kick you behind. and much more. The game is getting a lot of patches and adding more content to it on a regular basis. I know it sounds boring, since that's what i thought it sounded like when I heard about mine craft but you know what... it's really entertaining, especially when you play it with others. Together you can build a fortress, Biodome or a town. you name it.

Hmm turned out not to be so short lol
    Peace :D

Steam has discounted price of Terraria on last Summer Sale. But the developer is so weird. They changed it without announced that the price might be false.

From $2.49 to $4.99. I'll waiting for the sale to buy this game.

Just so you guys know. The £1.50 deal was a mistake, it was originally for 50% off not 75% off deal on steam. Those that got it for £1.50, including me, are the lucky ones. :P

We'd rather not promote Piracy on this website brother. Though your intentions are good, we just don't want this website to be associated with Piracy or get in any kind of trouble.

Plus, why pirate a game when it's that cheap? It's not as if it's an EA game that costs £39.99 and only allow you to download it 3 times when you buy it. It's an Indie game developer, and in my opinion should be rewarded for any good games they manage to come out with. But that is my opinion and you are of course free to do what you like brother :)

    that kinda remind me,
on my country , people buy pirated games rather than buy original games :(
they say it is expensive , but i think it worth it because quantity cant beat quality
