Salaamu Alaikum. First off I want to sincerely apologise for not making up a time, no excuses. Ashes already given up and that hurt here *points to heart* But I am determined to at least do one meet up and if that fails. You can vote for another person to do it.

The meeting planner site is pretty cool although its asking for more than just a simple location. Example, USA California. Where in California? PM me if you wish.

Also what time zone you lot in - abbreviations like GMT, CET, EST etc with a current time.

no point in me saying anything I am the only one this side of the world so Ill just get up\stay up late according to everyone else.

Snake all i ask is that you lock down a time 1 week before hand so it gives me enough time to let people on steam\facebook\twitter know. that way we have a good chance of getting more people on. We had Jersey Fresh join us from the steam group yesterday which was good. InshAllah with more notice we can get more people.

Ashes mentioned a shared calendar system where everyone can tell each other what date (and time) they can schedule something. Sounds like a great idea. Problem is there is nothing out there thats actually free.

inshAllah when we move to the new server a lot of this stuff will be implemented into the forums, but for now we need a temp solution. If we are all on FB i can implement a calendar there or we use a google calendar for now?

Trust me when i say this. You will make it hard if you try and organise it according to everyones time schedule. The easiest way i found organising the first few was ,

1) confirm who will be attending (name\countryt or timezone)
2) use that site i gave you to try and get a time that suits "MOST" people
3) Rotate who has to play at 5 in the morning each time

but its your call bro, what ever way you want to do it its up to you
