Yeah, they're only ineligable for the first round. As long as they are active they are eligable for the following six rounds however.

As the others have mentioned we recently implemented a new rule for the competitions where you will need to be registered and active on the forums 2 weeks prior to any competition to be able to win. So that means you can still enter when we announce the rules, but just not for the first one thats all So inshAllah you will stay around here
