You could get the base game for free now, yes. Personally I'd wait a bit closer to the vouchers expiration to see if it comes on sale... there are bugs in Hearts of Iron 3 that are only fixed with expansion packs.

Actually, the credit DOES NOT CARRY OVER to just the base Hearts of Iron 3. It's pretty much worthless unless you intend to buy the collection. I accidently bought it without paying attention until after the purchase went through.


I have another copy of SOTS besides the two from the Plentiful pack. Is anyone interested in either my extra Vicky 2 key or either SOTS keys?
