Where are the three places that you will inshAllah see\travel too before you die and why?First off, one of my dreams growing up was to travel the world. Thankfully, my current job allows me to, sort of, do that. I will be traveling to New York in June, and to China in October, and will be going to hajj next year insha'Allah. So, I will cross those off my list.
In no particular order:
1) The Australia/New Zealand region because I heard there is a large amount to muslims in that area, and because I've heard they were generally beautiful areas.
2) South America/Brazil, I've always dreamed of forging through the jungle, hiking the amazon river end to end.
3) Africa, if I go, I would want to go with a group that travels there to provide relief to the citizens. A lot of our own heritage lies in that region of the world. It's a shame that people belittle or ignore the circumstances of people in that area. Particularly when Allah has given us so much.
Any hobbies? aside from gamingI like to take games and revise them. Think of features that would take an okay game and make it good, or a good game and make it great. Mostly done this on board games though. Would be cool if I can mod/create my own (eventually insha'Allah,
ashes999 I'm lookin at u)
Aside from that, I snowboard, go hiking, play sports (soccer and basketball usually), hang out with family (is that a hobby?), I read whenever I find something intriguing, and I'm trying to pick up a few other things.
Favourite movie?V for Vendetta.
Favourite cuisine?Food is awesome. I have rarely met a dish that I did not like. I have a particular affinity toward spicy cuisine though.
Favourite Dish?Food is awesome. Mom made lasagna, Mom made batata (potatoes), Waraq Enab (Stuffed Grape Vine leaves?) with Qusa Mihshi (stuffed Squash), Manaqeesh, Maloukhia and riz, and I can go on... How could I POSSIBLY pick only one?
Favourite Hot Beverage?hmm... Coffee or Hot Chocolate... OH I KNOW! Hot Mocha. Best of both worlds.
Favourite drink?Water. By far.
Favourite location in the world? In my car. We have been together through thick and thin in the past 6 years. Throughout the journey, my car has always been a positive influence, giving lectures, and recieting Qur'an ala Afasy. He sometimes complains about me not giving him a bath, but I usually don't leave him dirty for too long.
You can tell that I need to get out more...
