With the recent anouncement of the DLC and the latest multiplayer video, this game has moved to the sale bin for me. RIP Max Payne series...

Gengis but single player is the most important thing about the Max Payne series. I'v preordered this game so hopefully it dosent turn out to be a waste of money.

I completely agree with you mjk . MAx Payne has always been about a great story line and visuals. That is why I am so worried. The initial trailers and talk was all about the multiplayer, has their focused changed? All this talk of DLC again makes me question the games design and marketing strategy. The game went pretty quickly from a must buy on launch to wait till reviews are out and prices come down, then ill think about it.

Its not bad; the graphics, story and presentation are all good but I just find the gameplay quite boring and repetitive but I can say the game has really awful check-pointing.
