As-salamu ‘Alaikum! So to keep us occupied until HITMAN: ABSOLUTION comes out on November 20th, Square Enix will be giving this stand-alone downloadable game with every preorder starting from May 15th.

Has any other game done this before? This is an amazing idea, marketing wise! Get people to commit to the game early on by dangling shiny things in front of them... It's also great from the consumer's point of view: I pay now, I get something (actually) valuable. Not a stupid rainbow mount or a colourful bandana!

WOW what a genius idea!? Why did nobody else think of offering something similar? I think this is something that we are going to see a lot more with other games in the future inshAllah.
