gengis to make this easier next time you organize something like this, I recommend:

a) provide an asynchronous method (like chess by email). Because of timezones.
b) make it free-for-all. People show up in the chat room, pair off, and report (mutually) who won.

ok updated the ladder with the winners so far. CAn everyone please try and get round 1 finished up this weekend. That way we can move onto round 2. If your fo hasnt replied then we will need to find someone else. Im finding a new rank called slacker that can be put next to their name in the meantime ;)
