I've seen plenty of game-play for the game and it looks great.
Summarised mainly from Wikipedia:
+ 9 vocations announced so far: Fighter, Warrior, Mystic Knight, Strider, Ranger, Assassin, Mage, Sorcerer and Magic Archer (all customisable in appearance and gender)
+ MC accompanied by three AI-controlled party members
+ Climbable bosses!
+ Features a large city with over 200 NPCs, all with their own unique behaviours
+ Estimated play-time of 30 to 100 hours
+ The shadow element is interesting where it goes pitch black at night or in caves and you have to use lanterns to see your way around.
- No multi-player co-op (a shame really)

Just hope Capcom don't kill off the game's appeal with on-disc DLC and/or day-one DLC which lock-out recruitable characters/classes. Really wanted someone else (with a better history of treating it's customers like humans rather than cash fodder) was in charge of published this game, oh well.
