Firstly I need to start with jazakAllah khair to everyone who has donated, has been around these humble forums for months now and to the newest MG's that have found the site recently!

we arent a big site by any means but alhamdulillah the core group of posters we have here are all great people and everyone has been more than happy to help however they can. From contributing articles, to assisting with the gaming servers, making others smile and even donating to assist paying for the gaming servers and giveaways.

I feel a huge responsibility and burden placed upon me when the site put up a donations button. Not because of the money, but the risk of messing with other peoples haq. 1 cent spent the wrong way is not good news for me at all.... dictators are afraid of Allah too you know :)

So this is something i have been meaning to do for a while but just havent got around to it, I thought the sooner the better so i spent some time making this sheet so everyone can see what has been donated, where it has been spent so far and what is left over.

I have gone over it several times to make sure every cent is there but PLEASE!!!!! if it looks like your donation has not shown up please let me know!!!! I have taken names out as I know several people would rather not be known, dates may look to be out as the date you send and the date I accepted the payment could be shown in the sheet.

While i have forward listed the upcoming server payments, those payments have not been made yet, so essentially you can add that to the current available balance as it is there and can be spent on something (Console game anyone :P ) . I just listed it there so everyone can see the cost of the gaming servers has been put aside for the next few months.

Im not sure what the table in the link is showing, the best thing is to show a list of out goings on one list, and income in another. Then you could ask people if there are firstly ways to reduce your costs without reducing service, eg switching game server suppliers etc etc, or to cover the costs by means of donations.

just my thoughts.

InshAllah when i figure out what im doing, ill get that done too For now I have added a column on the google spreadsheet showing how much the foreign currencies converted to (US $) after Paypal fees.

Infact, I have been meaning to ask you to make a user list of who has been donating and have an option to reveal or conceal the amount. I have lost count how much I've donated but its going to a good cause, Im happy about that.
