So? What do you think? It looks much better than I thought it would be. I'm not saying that I would buy it... But I would gladly take it if I got it for free

It's being made by United front games. They made us Modnation Racers. Which I didn't like very much, I played it for about 2 hours, yet I still play LBP2 to this day.

It'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

Like you AhmadSA I loved LBP but hated ModNations (felt it was very lacking in the actual element of high-speed karting) but any new game in the series is worth keeping an eye on.

Partially because it has the word Kart, but mostly because of gameplay that is IDENTICAL to that of MarioKart. Mario Kart battle??? Just a few upgrades on this one. Not enough for a game that comes out 16 years later....

EVERY kart game plays the same way.
This one is mostly going to be about customization. MASSIVE customization.

Lol trust me Little Big Planet has waaaay more! I know because I bought the game and to my horror each skin pack is like £5 or something stupid like that and there are SOO MANY of them!

As for DOW 2 I bought it a small price almost as a complete package.

You know me gengis I am usually quite flexible when it comes to DLC's but with Little Big Planet... Even I cannot agree to that amount of DLC's. (mind you I never played the second one, simple because I expect it to be pretty much the same as the first one DLC Extravaganza).

Nintendo don't own the word 'kart', they may have made some of the greatest kart racers of our time (I first played Super Mario Kart back in the 90s) but it doesn't mean other can't have a go at it. Crash Nitro Kart was super fun and I enjoyed that a lot, did I feel like I was playing a Mario Kart clone? Nope. I know what you mean but it's an illogical argument IMO.

Also, if this has a ton of DLC then I'm not going to even bother getting it. I learnt my lessons from 2011 and I'm not going to repeat them again this year or any other. Plenty of games on my backlog to tick off anyway.

LBP's DLC is mostly costumes. I never bought any DLC for LBP2

I played LBP almost to completion but iirc some parts were locked out levels. I wasn't about to splash out more money on the same game but people have varying levels of tolerance (and disposable income) but the game was great fun. Remember the all 'H4H' stuff? I still got those messages so I had to remove my levels as it was too annoying.
