I took firm hold of his teeth using towel paper, and pulled perpendicular to his mouth. The towel paper helped absorb blood, and helped grip the teeth.

I just pulled out 2 teeth from my lil bro's mouth. We made a plan where he'd raise his hand if he was feeling pain so I can stop right away. Alhamdulilah, he only had to feel a little pain; the teeth came out with ease, both of them at the same time.
