Early on in Muslim Gamers life I posted about an artist I came across called El-Seed. I thought it would be good to revisit him again to see what he has been up to. Same as last time, I wasn’t disappointed as he has uploaded some great new images of his latest work.

This time aimed at the Android crew and there to assist in helping you and your kids learn Arabic, anywhere, anytime! With his Islamic games always aiming to be educational and fun, Find the Harf is a great effort in Islamic games aimed at the mobile phone market.

For any Muslim out there, daily discrimination is nothing new. You kind of grow used to it and just take it as it is. At some point in your life you have actively done something about it, but then you just kind of let it slip by you again. It is not from not wanting to change the many incorrect perceptions about Muslims and Islam, its about getting worn down by the complete ignorance of others and the unwillingness to learn something new or accept that what they know about Islam is actually Incorrect. So when I came across this video of some brothers and sisters in America going up against Pamela Geller, I thought it was worth posting.

The devs over at Semaphore have recently released a new trailer for their upcoming title “Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta”. Unfortunately there isnt much in the way of  information int he new video as it is more about the supported languages, which it has many.

MuslimGamer.com has a readership that is truly global. Our recently opened forums have also been gaining traction with members from Trinidad to Turkey and from California to London. Recently one of our members, Styrophoamicus, posted something with the title of 11 tips to being a good Muslim Gamer. We thought it was worth posting on the news site too.

Australian readers will know of the Chaser boys. A group of guys that have had the one of the funniest shows on TV for a few years now. They used to have the Chasers War on Everything, then they had a show about the royal wedding and their latest show is The Hamster Wheel. Their latest episode had a great section on the Burqa.

We have a had a lot of feedback from both Muslims and Non – Muslims regarding the Muslim Gamer site. Some positive, friendly and encouraging and some quite the opposite. But every now and then I come across a guild\clan\forum or post which reminds me why this site can be beneficial in explaining things and hopefully educating. This particular occasion it was in regards to a post and its replies on Blizzards Diablo III forums.

There are lots of different places you can get your RSS news fix from, but just like finding other Muslim Gamers to play with isn’t the easiest thing to do, neither is finding a bunch of Islamic feeds from Islamic sites and blogs across the web. Well I have a solution for you!

I never thought I would see this one. Niko Bellic doing Jamaat salaat together with Altair from Assassins Creed, in Grand Theft Auto, in Indonesia. Yep, you read that right. Take a just a couple of those words and put them into a sentence and you would be questioning what I just said, let alone all of them together.
